It may become bad habit to inflict ones action of Judgment upon an other, spreading negativity when that negativity serves no purpose for them. The spirit is like a ledger in that it records positive and negative expressions of its self and by others stimulation's for or to it. It becomes self evident that more positive is more desirable than negative.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

I try to talk as clearly as I can, and usually succeed, but sometimes I trail off at the end of sentences. The only time I talk below my breath is when it is on purpose because I don't want others to hear me.

I have a quiet tone to my voice. I feel that I am speaking at a sufficient volume but others are unable to hear me. When speaking at a volume they can hear, I feel as if I am yelling.

In a public place I speak quietly as to avoid others from hearing my conversation. I do not like people to listen to something that is not intended for them to hear.

I don't know how this has to with anything philosophically. I really don't think it matters and people who speak in constant low tone all the time sound creepy.
