I had to really think about how to best answer this one. There are things in every ones life that they wish they could go back and change or erase. At A young age, I experienced something that no one should ever have to. At 1st , I thought , Yes..I'd love to hit the rewind button and completely erase what happened to me. But you know what? That would only change who I am today. I survived what happened to me and I am who I am today because of that. No...I think I'll just leave my life on play. Take each day as it comes. And be thankful for the blessings that definitely outweigh the pain. ♥

No, life would be such a bore and bland. Good and bad co-exist, that's reality. I wouldn't appreciate the good memories if there's no bad memories to compare with.
Besides, unpleasant memories are there for us to learn from the mistakes in the past that led us into that situation. And in cases of the bad memories that were beyond our control( ex. the loss of a loved one), they are there to remind us to cherish and value what we have now and to make us a stronger and wiser person.
So, I wouldn't want to delete any. What I rather wish is a bigger memory...

I would keep it all. Sure, I'd like to change things, but them happening yet you not remembering them doesn't help. I've had many, many unpleasant things happen to me but when I look back and think of the changes that happened to me following these events I am glad that I remember them, no matter how terrible they were. If you deleted all of your bad memories it would make you bland, and quite frankly probably make you an uninteresting person if all you remembered were the good times.

NO!!!!
I wish the rewind button worked better! There are so many memories that have faded, left or are blurred over the years and I wish I could remember them.
I have learned a lot in my life and I don't want them to disappear.

Sometimes I do. But I am not exactly sure about what part of my memory I would delete. There are just so many that I want to keep forever.

I need my bad memories to learn from my mistakes.
I have good memories to help me seek more like them and continue to live in the hopes of experiencing more wonderful memories with friends and family.

No. Because it is the collection of those memories and experiences that make me what I am today.
