So there was a lot of police in Kingstowne last night October 31st, 2007 and my friend her her boyfriend tried to turn around and the cop got pissed and threw his lil wand thing to direct traffic on my friends boyfriends car and made a dent, and the officer was really pissed. Something was going on and they didn't want anyone to go anywhere, and had traffic stopped and tons of police cars...was it a serious shooting or something? Anyone have any idea what happened? Thanks!
