How do you use a numpad on a laptop?

How do you use numpad on a laptop i have an acer laptop and i got Gmod and i need numpad to use some of its features
so is there any button combo for laptops that enables a numpad???

I have an Acer laptop, too. It's all explained in the Acer User Manual.

You can also buy an external USB Numpad accessory, when you get frustrated with the Acer feature.

Usually it will be num-lock, where the numbers will be a different shade above some letters (jkl,uio,m,.)
