I can't find it at all. I'd like to change it so the public can view my photos

privacy ->settings ->profile view.

In the privacy tab. Actually you can't make all users able to see your photos. The best you can do is all your networks.

If they have the same network as you, they can. But if they are not your friend or in your network, then they can't even view your profile.

u can't, but they can see it if they are searching through the same network, or other search category.
