If you are currently online on your IP address and someone else tries to use your IP address you will get a duplicate IP error message in your task bar. If you are getting a DHCP IP address from your internet provider no one else can get the same IP address. If your wireless router isnt encrypted or firewalled then someone can listen to your IP traffic though, im not sure how you can check for that though.

Log on to your wireless router by opening IE and typing the IP address of your router in the address bar.
Once you have logged on to your router, you will be able to see information on how many computers are connected
