It's always been an issue of $$ and scheduling. He met with them 5 times in a 3 year period after WCW ended, but they never could come to terms on either money or a reduced schedule. He only does TNA because he has to work no house shows so he only works 3 times a month, the 2 TV Tapings and pay per view.

I would also like to add that most of the others who answered must not know much about wrestling.

He's said many times that he wants nothing to do with Vince and his idea of "wrestling"

um you werent watching when wcw closed down, he said he will never join vince mcmahon.and he did join tna which was a good thing for him and a good thing for tna

No wrestling promotion wants to hire a 75 y/o hasbeen except TNA..
