In router setting...when i wanna port something...i have to feel out 4 things:
Private ID
Name
Private Port
Public Port
what should i write in there?

What you are describing sounds like Port Forwarding. It's explained fully in the D-Link Router User Manual.
The actual values you need to use are dictated by the program (Game?) you want to use Port Forwarding with. Read the FAQs on the Game's website, your answer is there.

Well in order to help u in detail, please post your D-Link model and what are u setting for? is it for connection setting ? security setting?
