Maybe you could print out the picture you want and put it on this special paper (availed from craft stores) that can be ironed onto a plain colored shirt.

at wal-mart and different places you can buy the kind of iron on things and iron it on to a shirt so buy the special paper, print out the picture, and iron it on to your shirt but theres a certain way you ahve to do the t shirts or else it'll be messed up
