cute, as long as they're not twins. I do like the names, and neither of them are very common but definately aren't unheard of or weird. Just my opinion, but I like Kameron spelled better like Cameron for a boy, I just think it looks more masculine. But I do like Kadence with the K, I think it is very pretty. I also think the middle names go well with the first names but if you are having boy/girl twins (by any chance) don't use both of these they are too similar for siblings.

I love the names!
The only problem I see is not really having a nickname for Kameron (I'm pregnant too and have been considering this name for a boy as well). Kadence is beautiful and the nickname Kady is so cute.
Congrats!

Not really, I'm sorry to say.
Cameron is a very handsome name for a boy ... but "Kameron" is a common misspelling generally used in an attempt to make the name appear more feminine.
Likewise, Cadence is a fine name, but also an actual word. Purposefully -- or accidentally, if you simply weren't aware of the correct spelling -- misspelling it is rather akin to naming your child Grays, Faiythe or Lihleigh, rather than Grace, Faith or Lily. If you use a word name for your child, but cannot spell the actual word, it generally only manages to come across as trendy and ignorant. A shame when the names themselves are otherwise fine.
I'd rethink that.
Edited to add: Since quite a few seem to think these unique choices (I assure you, they aren't LOL), you should be aware of the actual numbers. Cameron itself is around the top 50 most common names for boys, and Cadence is around 200 for girls. But that's just with those proper forms. Add in all the trendy misspellings, such as the stereotypical Ks mentioned here, and they're MUCH higher. Not uncommon in the least!

I like the names, but I do not prefer to change the spelling just to be different. Poor child will have to say "No, it's Kameron, with a K!" the rest of his life. So, unless you have a really good reason for changing the C to a K, then don't do it.
Jade is "different". I dont dislike it, but Cadence Jane may sound a little softer.

I don't like Kameron at all, even spelled Cameron. But that's only my personal thing, if you like Cameron, go for it! I would much rather like to see James Cameron Williams though - it sounds a lot more masculine and strong.
I love Kadence though! Kady is a cute nickname. Cadenza is another variation on Cadence that I like.
Good luck and congrats on the baby!

I don't like them, because spelling Cameron and Cadence with K seems pretentious to me. Cameron James and Cadence Jade are perfectly fine. I even think they're nice names. Besides the initials CJ are much better than KJ. You have time to change the names over and over though. Congrats.
