Only the government can tape others talking? Why? If I have a plot of land, I cannot put a big sign and advertise a business. It has to be a company like Lamar or some other crooked company. You can throw out a murder conviction on a technicality. It seems convicted prisoners have so many rights in prison. What we have here is a bunch of retarded perple making laws.

Personally, I would take our form of justice over the ones where if the woman is raped, she is the one killed for enticing the man into raping her. . .
