Clearly it was 'B' Suburbanization. The wealth accumulated during the war provided the economic foundation for most people to better their lives and this included the growth of the suburbs and the individual home.

World war 2 was a period of intense personal rationing (petrol was rationed in Australia until 1949 for instance), yet immense government spending, paid for by bonds and increased taxation. It also saw a massive influx of women into the workforce. At the end of the war, demobilisation allowed men to retain the breadwinner monniker, yet women wanted the independence and money they had been earning while the men were fighting. This allowed a period of intense prosperity, lasting well over a decade.
The WPA finished its role in 1943 due to the increased employment resulting from the US commitments in WW2, and therefore played no role in the post war economy as such, but it did pave the way for a lot of unskilled workers who were given the chance to participate in the WPA and learn some skills which may have then contributed to the post war economic boom.
This financially secure period enabled (or enforced) suburbanisation as people moved from war torn Europe to other areas of the world, US, Canada and Australia, needing accomodation, new land to be developed, increased infrastructure etc.
It also enabled desegregation of the armed forces, allowing africanamericans to serve in combat, (thus paving the way for the mass drafting of blacks for VietNam), ensuring people of all races were employed to kill the enemy and not just be in service roles in the military (cooking, transport, supply etc).
Due to the differing politics of East and West, and the resultant mistrust, it led to an increase in arms technology use, ultimately leading to space, guided weapons and other deadlier methods of inflicting death. This could only be paid for by a prosperous society or the society would fail (as seen in 1990 Soviet Union when Reagan basically bankrupted the Soviets).
So as can be seen, all factors in your question have been affected by post WW2 prosperity
