I am pretty much nice to everyone. But, I have real friends---a lot. And all my friends are different. But, when I am hanging with the kids that are bad and aren't real smart, my smart friends ignore me. I don't know which group I should stick with since the bad kids are the nicest and love me the most. But, since even I'm the whole principal's honor roll student, I can't totally switch to the bad kids. WHAT DO I DO???? Please help. Thanx.

Do the "bad" kids ignore you when you hang with your "smart" friends? they sound like better people to me. anyone who would ignore you because of who your friends with is not worth your time.

Pick whatever group you have more FUN with. Trust me I know too. This thing also happend to me. Im friends with people that arent as popular and ARE the most popular. The popular ones (some of them) ignore me. I decided that I can still be friends with the not-as popular ones but can still be friends with some of the really popular ones because they are my friends!

Hang out with both of them.
You don't have to stop hanging out with a certain group of people.

You learn from both sides and it works in your benefit.
Just make sure you make smart choices when it comes to school.

Hang out with the "bad" kids that you like the best and try to get them to calm down and be "better"

You shouldn't have to change yourself or pick sides.
Be friends with both.
If you are an honor roll student don't change just because your bad friends aren't honor roll students.
&&If your other friends ignore you then they are stupid anyways.
Bottom line don't change yourself and just hang out with the people you feel most comfortable with.

Why don't you figuree out why you like bad kids. You say bad kids love you etc. I don't believe that is how it really is. It is how you see it. I know you are young, but try and get real. Search out your heart and figur out what you want and go for it.

Why do you want to hang with the bad kids? You know they are bad.

I had some what similar problem. Most of friends were jocks and nerds. Problem was they both pissed me off in one way or another. I managed to find a balance.
