To complete the other posters thought, there are 27 perfect squares between 70,000 and 85,000.

There is an elegant formula given below which can be used to estimate the number of perfect squares based on numerical techniques.

the square root of 70,000 is 264.xxxx, so the next perfect square is 265^2. The square root of 85,000 is 291.xxx, so 291^2 falls in the range. All the numbers from 265 to 291 have integer squares in the range of 70,000 to 85,000
