This question has been circulating all around the Internet. Will Tom Brady suffer a cheap shot if the Patriots keep running up the score on their opponents? In your opinion, do you think any player would be classless enough to show signs of a "crybaby" and cause Tom Brady to be the victim of a terrible cheap shot?

If he does suffer a cheap shot from the opposing team's defensive player, it will be Belichick's fault for leaving him in the game. You should take your starting skill position players out of the game once you're leading by 35 points in the second half.

If the score of the Colts, Pats game is say 49-17 Pats
and the Pats run in another score

Don't expect the cheap shot to come from Indy
as a Pats fan i will agree with their fans when they say they are classy except that whine bag ...bill poulian i'd like to give hime a cheap shot ....Dungy is a class act and if the score is like that he will just tell his guys you got beat .....I think with all the rumors flying around i think the officials will be keeping an eye on it

It's amazing how people weren't talking about cheap shots on Manning the year he broke the TD record. Or the year, Steve Young pummeled so many teams...or when the 1985 bears demolished everyone and crushed the Pats in the superbowl and actually had a fat man name Perry run it in for a TD instead of giving it to Walter Payton....nope, never heard a thing or how Marino used to embarrass the Patriots back in the 80's..no one took a shot at him. It all has to do with Brady being part of the most hated team in America. Ride the wave of hate people, you obviously have nothing better in life to do, but obsess over the jealousy of the Pats dominance and wish injuries on a pro athlete for doing his job. So pathetic.

I'm sure it will, if they can even get anywhere near him. The only team I see being able to pressure Brady effectively and consistently though is the Colts, and well, a team like the Colts just wouldn't take a cheap shot.

i have to say that the pats are a good team. I'm just tired of hearing about them and how they might demolish another team. just let the guys play and enjoy it if you don't like what they are doing don't watch. i dislike the pats like anyone else. the thing i realize is I'm not in the NFL i just like watching a good game. i don't think they are running up points. they are just showing that they don't need video to win games. (even though it was a bad idea on belicheks part) another team will have their year the sports media need to shut the heck up about them. let the players play.

If I thought that it would --finally--close the subject, I would take a cheap shot at Brady myself. Enough already. We will talk about a cheap shot after it happens, not before!!!!!

Tom Brady said himself that there are no cheap shots in football... football is a contact sport... quarterback is a football position... he is gonna get hit... prolly a little late if they leave him in when the opposing team's defense is frustrated and down 30 points... but nonetheless Brady knows it is coming and will have his guard up

I doubt it...That player would be suspended...I guess it depends which is more important...hurting Brady and losing money and not playing or playing a clean, fair game...Not to mention that player would risk gettin hurt by the offensive line, who protect Brady with their life...The Pats have probably the best offensive line in the NFL...No one would get a cheap shot in through that offensive line...They would destroy anyone who tried to take Brady out anyway...

BOLT FAN...The video crap just won't die on fans like you...and I said nothing about Belichick...He was wrong in doing it, but get your facts straight...Brady just plays for him...

I hope not. If someone does take a cheap shot, and the Colts win. people will say they won because Brady wasn't in for the Patriots.

I want to see the Colts humble the Patriots with Brady in the game.

i wouldn't be surprised. think about what would be going through the player's mind. he'd be embarrased with how badly he was getting beat by Brady trailing 40-0, yet Brady was still in trying to score more points. in that point of mind, i'm sure there are several young nfl players who would want to punish Brady for that. i highly doubt veteran players would pull this stunt, but i wouldn't be surprised if it does happen and comes from a young player.
