is it okay i just go to my hairdresser tommorrow who is black and works in a black owned shop or should i wait till saturday? serious answers please.

look for all the people who dont know what blackout day is(11/02/07) it would be for black americans to boycott most business since blacks contribute a large percentage of money spenders. learn and grow up.

ok i think u should wait till tomarrow dats my personal op. if u support the cause and wat it stands for then u will stay in an jst kall ur hairdresser and tell her or him dat u will c them at a lata date..im nt going n e were or byeing n e thing tomorrow..the otha ppl dat answerd ur ? dnt know wat blackout day is so jst ignore them and dnt worry about wat they have said..ok

I never heard of a racist ban against patronizing anyone races businesses-and if I did I certainly would not support it. I suspect this was a sneaky way to promote the idea without being reported for it?
Thanks for the added detail. I'm glad it's not a racial thing-as long as it is just blacks flexing their financial muscles. The Latinos in California closed their businesses as well as boycotted one day. Better call your hair dresser to she if she is going to be open.

Just heard on the News-Black Friday is tomorrow-and it is a retail plan to slash prices to increase SALES just as is done on the day after Thanksgiving-so this whole thing about a Blackout day tomorrow was what? A made up scam?

that doesn't make sense. maybe you are trying to say that blacks won't go rent a movie at Blockbuster on Thursday, but they are smarter than that because they'll just go rent the movie on Wednesday or Friday. Economically, the races are so intermingled and green that only a moron would refuse to buy or sell a product because of the color of the other person's skin.

I can't say for sure if you should wait until etiher tommrrow, or Saturday to get your hair cut, I can't see you or your hair, so I don't know if it needs cutting bad, that if it needs to be done, or wait another day. But is there really a problem if your hairdresser is black or not. So really that is up to you, to decide if you need a haircut that bad that it can or can't wait until Saturday.

who cares what color your hairdresser is. does it really matter? does it matter what colors hair your moms is? If she dies her hair black will you not like her anymore? seriously! you will not get anywhere in life being against blacks
