I have joint custody of my son instead of paying child support I have to buy cloths , diapers or under ware, food, shoes just when he stays here at my house. My son lives with his dad and if he don't have something I get it. Even if he has enough I sometimes pay his copay at the doctors.I have to its on the court papers. If He don't do any thing for your sons i would go back to either the court or the lawyers and let them no what is going on they can help.

thats what child support is for honey. child support is money for the things they need to live which is food shelter and clothing. thats what you have to spend that child support on and he can buy clothes for them if he wants to but he's already paid for that.

NO! That's what child support is for. Don't you have an attorney?

Good luck. I can hardly wait for you sons to be old enough to rob me of my wallet.
