You'll be in my Heart by Phil Collins is my favorite song, i like it because it's dedicated to his daughter and it has meaningful lyrics.

I'd have to say Free Bird, by Lynyrd Skynyrd. The song is totally mind-blowing from beginning to end. This song expresses what every song should be, starts off as a power ballad with amazing slide guitar and piano and bass. Then the lyrics are just motivating that make you want to cry. When you reach half the length of the song, about 5:00 min., the lead guitarists break into an awesom guitar solo which is the rest of the song (10:00 min.) The song is half soft rock and half amazing hard rock !!! That's why I love it, plus the guitars and voice are amazing !! I SWEAR IT'S THE BEST GUTIAR SOLO IN THE WORLD !!!!!

Stairway to Heaven because the song carries so much meaning and the lyrics are amazing. Also with a great guitar solo by Jimmy.

House of the Rising Sun by the Animals. Its my favorite because my dad used to play it on his guitar for me when I was a baby. Sometimes if he's in the right mood I can still talk him into playing it for me

My favorite song is ALL versions of a very old tune titled GREENSLEEVES. I like it because of the versatility in how it can be played and sang. I like the double meanings of its lyrics.It is a song of WAR and a song of LOVE. It has beauty and power. You will soon hear it playing often in the malls as "Christmas music" regardless of it old age.
