For some reason I don't understand the directions on how to make the sticks glow. It says bend and snap but what do you bend them? the entire tube? Won't it break and the stuff will go everywhere?

you bend it gently until you hear a little snap and then shake the tube for a few seconds

There is a capsule with a thin membrane inside the plastic tube. Once you bend the tube, the inner capsule breaks and dissolves. Then substance inside this capsule mixes with the substance on the outside of the inner capsule and the chemical reaction causes it to glow. But usually only for about 5-10 hours.

you bend them slightly, the tube inside the plastic caing breaks, and the chemichals inside glow just dont bend to far

take each end and bend them so it snaps in the center. Then shake it a little to get the chemicals to react.

just bend it but do bend to far becuz it may break just stop when you a crackling noise
