Sir Ector, one of Uther Pendragon's loyal knights "adopted" Arthur in the legend after being given the baby by Merlin. Kaye is Ector's only son, and older than Arthur by a few years. Merlin does not tell Ector who the boy's father was, in order to prevent the secret from getting out. Had Arthur's parentage been known, every knight in the kingdom would have been trying to get control of the boy.

you mean the fairy tale king arthur..the knights of the round table king arthur? He is a combination of many people made into a famous character in a book..
