Where are the most railroads in the south? Like what country? Any help? Thank you. :)

Do you mean southern USA? Then they are all over the place, some of them only a few dozen miles long linking a town or industry. If you mean southern hemisphere or south part of some continent then you need to say so.
The easiest way to find them is to go to Google Earth and turn off all the other lines (like highways and ZIP) and under Transportation check Rail. To see what it looks like, then go to Dallas TX and see the local train system and all the black lines leading to other cities. Then go look at the area that interests you.

Assuming you mean South America I would say Brazil.

In the United states its Texas and Georgia.
