Yes. Actually, I believe the actor Billy Bob Thonton has suffered from anorexia.

Of course.
Anorexia is most commonly associated with girls due to mass media but there are guys who suffer from this. They are human aswell after all and are subject to things like jealousy and low self esteem and feelings of lack of self control.
These things of which are due to what is happening with in a persons mind. Not their genetallia
