Hallwoeen Costume Question?

As a tribute to my sprained wrist, My Halloween costume was a skeleton hand...and I went as a "hand X-ray"
I put it on the good hand. I wore it to the doctor today and he and his staff loved it!
One year, I went to Halloween as a "brown banana". Our work uniforms were bright yellow shirts and black pants and black aprons. I just used a DOLE banana sticker and Voila! A brown banana. Yellow and black with a banana sticker.


So my question is...what is your favorite halloween costume that was only a one item change that represented the concept.
Like my skeleton hand or my DOLE sticker. Everyone got my joke so my mission was accomplished.
