I believe it is D.

16 square rooted is 4.

3 square rooted is left as square root 3.

You can't leave a square root at the bottom, so you times the numerator and denominator by square root 3, making the bottom 3, and the top 4 times the square root of 3.

√(16/3) = √16/√3 = 4/√3 = (4√3)/3
