please explain in understandable terms- if you can't explain it well, is there a web site you got it from/ found it on? Thank you!!!! (for Chemistry class)

it is the MASS though, not the weight (mass=weight with gravity)>it is different ...for mass you have to know the volume and density, which is an extensive physical property

If I had to get the weight of a very small drop of something like oil, I would weigh 10, or even 100, drops and divide to get the weight of one drop. Usually drops, if done slowly, are very consistant size/weight. I don't know if Milikan did it this way though.
