Of course I would. Those typical parts of religion have nothing to do with true faith.

A devout Muslim nor a devout catholic would consider such a thing.. I think people who follow such a strict rule are de-humanized for the sake of some religious belief.. Personally I think it is stupid.. a religion ain't going to make you happy and it won't get you to the promised land.. Faith will. If it was me.. I'd tell the mullah and the priest to shove it.. No pun intended.

No, I don't think I would. I'd tolerate living with the love of my life even if that person had a different religion than me, but I don't think I'd change my religion for the love of my life.

I can't believe people would give up true love over religion. My mum was seeing someone and her grandfather made her stop seeing him because of religion. 40 years later my grandad feels so bad for doing that because the Christian guy she married (My father) turned out to be an alcoholic......so much for marrying in religion aye.

I dated a Christian but her beliefs freaked me out. Even though I had feelings for her, I couldn't get over the fact that on a small level, I considered her naive, gullible, and weak.
I also dated a Muslim, but she ended up not wanting to be with an atheist -- she couldn't get over the fact that I would not go to heaven.

Yes I would and I have. My husband doesn't really believe in anything but I am a Christian. We were going to get married in the church but they wouldn't let him. My grandpa still won't talk to me because I married outside of my religion and frankly I don't care because things have worked out greatly for my husband and I.

God is very important to me--most important of all. If I could not share my love for God with my husband, then he would not be the love of my life.

Yes I would. I'm an Irish Catholic, but I dont practice it at all. I do what I think is right and most of all what I feel is right.
