It was said that Queen Elizabeth demanded another queen to be killed. Why was the other queen lady sent to be killed and in the movie they cut her head off? I'm confused can someone explain. Was she blamed for the person that went and try to shoot her?

I have not seen the movie (although I would very much be interested) but you may be thinking of Mary Queen of Scots who was a cousin of Queen Elizabeth and a likely heir to the English throne.
Queen Elizabeth did resort to executing her because of the constant attempts by either Mary herself, or her supporters to place her on the English throne (which usually entailed some kind of attempt on Elizabeth's life).

The other Queen was Mary, Queen of Scots. She was Queen Elizabeth's first cousin.
Scotland and their queen, Mary, had plotted to kill Elizabeth. There was an investigation and in fact was discovered that Mary was involved in the plot. Elizabeth was devastated because Mary was her blood, but also royalty. The English government convinced Elizabeth to sent her cousin to prison and sentence her to death for treason.
Well, Elizabeth signed the order to imprison Mary but: Asked To Hold Death Sentence. Elizabeth own people did not listen to the request and without her knowledge Mary was put to death while she was in her own castle in a different city than where her cousin was detained at.

-(Scotland's history -up to nowadays- has many upon many attempts to be a whole nation apart from England. And, that event is one of the most notable ones.
Mary was a devoted catholic and up to today, the catholic church is considering to make her a... saint.)-

The other queen was Mary Queen of Scots who was Queen Elizabeth's cousin. She was accused of plotting against her cousin's life and there is much controversy over whether this was true or contrived evidence against her. Elizabeth agonized for a long time about this not wanting to have another monarch executed. In the end, however, she had no choice given the threat that Mary and her Catholic followers posed to her reign.

According to history that was Mary Queen of Scots an anointed queen. She was be-headed because it was supposedly proved that she conspired against Elizabeth. As to whether there is truth in this fact who knows? A lot of Elizabeth's advisers didn't like the Scottish Queen.

Dear Star.

I believe you are speaking of Queen Mary or Mary Queen Of Scots.

She was Queen Elizabeth's step sister, I believe. She was a Catholic and you've probably heard about her but you didn't know it was her. Have you ever heard of Bloody Mary?
Mary tortured and put to death many protestants.

Elizabeth feared she was going to start a war to overpower the English throne. I believe Mary was arrested and held in the Tower, convicted of treason and beheaded.

It's been a long time since I've read about this history, so some of the details may be sketchy.

In history, Queen Elizabeth's head never got chopped off. You must be thinking about Marie Antoinette?
