They are the Finch family. Didn't like the book so much but it was interesting, even the movie. Ther's the neighbor Boo that no one really knows about until he saves Scout and Jem from some guy who tried to kill them because the man was angry with their father for supporting the black man at court.

In a literal sense, Scout Jem and Atticus (whatever his name is) are immediate family, the aunt and uncle are extended.
