NO. 99.99% or more of the websites that CLAIM you can make money doing nothing are flat out scams. The rest are not worth the effort.

Rather than spending hours browsing, spend hours writing a blog. Write interesting stuff, attract visitors, and then sell advertising. It's a technique that has worked for many although admittedly most fail.
