what i mean is like...is it a simple machine...like 1,2,3 class levers

No, as it is fixed at one end (so is not used to magnify the force applied by jumping on it).

What it is is a storage device, that stores the energy you apply by jumping onto it, and then releases it - propelling you upwards. It's like a trampoline in that respect (in fact, the spanish for diving board is "trampolín").

It *is* however a "simple machine", which - in physics - is defined as a mechanism that requires the input of only one force to operate. The Work performed is the transferral of gravitational force to upwards velocity.

it is most acurately a 'cantilever beam', but that doesnt make it a lever.
it isn't a simple machine because it doesn't give a mechanical advantage.
