I am pregnant with my first and am 36 weeks and am just curious if all women lose their mucus plug before their water breaks and contractions kick in. I know that alot of times the contractions start first and everyone women is different, I am just curious of what to expect here soon.

yes they do , the mucus plug has to come out 1st.You may go into labor from2 hrs to 2 weeks later it just depends.

I lost mine at 36 weeks, and delivered 2 weeks later. All women lose their plug. You have too, it's in the cervix, where the baby comes out of.

I had my baby boy 6 weeks ago. I was induced at 40 weeks and 2 days, and I never saw my mucus plug.

Yes, but some women dont notice that they have lost theirs. I lost mine at 39 weeks.

Yes they do, but they may not notice it to know that they did.
