Yeah, try this chain of hotels; High Tech Hotels, I think they have about 14 in Madrid.

I travel a lot to Madrid and use these, they usually have a good deal, clean, all have internet access in every room, staff are nice and helpfull and all centred in and around the centre. Some of the rooms can be a bit small but most are fine make sure you get a Double room etc.
Their site can be a bit slow especially when you select English. They have a good few in Madrid so check the price of each of them to get the cheapest price, some give breakfast as part of the price and some don't, you'll have to cheack each of them.
Have a great time, Madrid is a great city.
