I think you are asking for a good brand of shoes to wear for work. Easy Spirit is a very good shoe for support and long distance walking. They have their own shoe stores or you can find them at Penney's.

i have sprained my ankle earlier than before, two times. My well being care professional said it would very almost have more advantageous to have damaged it so some distance as disease and remedy. merely on condition that it is "maximum effective" a sprain you want to take it extreme. strengthen and ice it as a lot as is cautioned by technique of your well being care service. it is the least complicated selection to have it heal as quickly and as well it would want to likely. this is gona kinda sound weird. but if you wear like tennis shoes get what brand you like the most then...

1. freeze them and let them stay in the freezer for about and 1 or so then put them on and tie them really tight.

2. put your shoes on and tie them really tight, then stand in a bucket of water for about 15 minutes...then of course let them dry.

I know that these ideas might seem weird...but i do this with every pair of tennis shoes i wear espeically my basketball shoes :]]

it helps form the shoe to fit your foot, kinda like breaking them in.
