Well do you want some place civilized or just someplace where your american dollar will be worth a lot?
For civilization, try Canada or somewhere else is the UK. or Europe if you dont mind the different language.
For money, try somewhere other than anywhere in Europe, Canada, UK.
But, then again, if your only reason for not liking it here is because of those who are gay, NOT politics, economy, then I agree with the person who said Iraq, because maybe you should be fighting in a war, then think about it.

If I were going to move out of the US, I'd move to Holland.
