K, well, on my last question I asked if she was Drunk Driving. I don't believe it. But I heard this today, and I believe it even more.... so, did Miley Cyrus' dad buy her a drink and give it to her and she went to jail for underaged drinking??? I still sense a rumor.... but still..... the first rumor was horrible. Because she couldn't buy a drink in the first place, and who would she get to buy one for her. OK PEOPLE!! IF UR GONNA MAKE UP RUMORS, AT LEAST MAKE UP SOME THAT MAKE SENSE!!! PLEASE!!!! Geeze..... some VERY VERY stupid people out there who think they're SO clever......

Unless America is very different the the UK you don't go jail for underage drinking it's not a crime. Selling alcohol to a minor and giving alcohol to a minor are crimes, so Billy Ray Cyrus would be off to jail not Miley and anyway there would have to have been some sort of trial and whatnot to determine if it was true. This sort of stuff is just fodder to make people read stupid magazines, unless you see it on the REAL news it's probably garbage and you should pay no attention to it.

She's not old enough to be driving much less drinking. Her dad has even said in various interviews that he is making sure to keep her grounded compared to the other young divas who run wild without any parental control whatsoever (Britney, Paris, Nicole, Lindsey, etc). I find it very hard to believe he would buy her alcohol either. In this country, he would be going to jail for that, not her.

obiously not, she's 15...... well in the first place how can she be drunk driving when she's only 15( 16 is age required to drive)? it's just another wacko rumour! Those people are stupid, they don't even know the age required to drive!!!

I heard that either her cousin or her sister, i can't remember who it was exactly (who one of which may be old enough to purchase alcohol) was doing this with her, and that her parents weren't involved. I also heard that they are going to cancel Hannah Montana because of it. If that happens, then we'll know it wasn't just a rumor.

No, she did not. Miley would never drink or smoke. And her dad EXPECUALLY wouldnt give it to her! Her dad said that "If miley ever followed in the footsteps of people like paris hilton that I would pull her out of showbiz so fast it would be a blur." Trust me miley would NEVER do that! She also believes in staying "pure" until marrage!
