Can a man with one testicle get a woman pregnant like a "normal" guy or is it harder????

also what consistancy is sperm supposed to be? ive only seen my husbands sperm/seman/ejaculate so i dont really know what its actually supposed to look like so what should healty viable sperm look like

Hi,

Yes one testicle is can make a woman pregnant it is like you have one kidney . The important is the sperm count.
You can not see the sperms with naked eyes. For the sperm count you have go for test .

One testicle is all it takes.

It should be similar to phisohex (tm).
