Humans have been to the Moon, which is a quarter of a million miles above the Earth. So, I suppose the maximum height, to date, for a human being, is two hundred and fifty thousand miles.

to what end? Maximum height before its impossible to drive? Bone structure is compromised? Clothing costs reach unsustainable level? Maximum possible? You can just keep feeding growth hormone, and use life support after the heart gets so big it can't function.

To all present knowledge, the potentials of a human being are nonexistent. If you find a physical barrier, you may solve it.
