She wrote a book that was mentioned in HP but there are only 7 being made. 1 to be auctioned and the rest as gifts. But other than that connection, no. She already said that was the last book.

She has written a small book of Fairy tales mentioned in the 7th book, "The Tales of Beedle the Bard", but the copies are handwritten, and there's only 7 of them. 6 are going to her close friends, and the 7th will be auctioned.
In the future, she will be writing a Harry Potter Encyclopedia, detailing everything she knows about her world that we don't; basically she's publishing her notes. But we get to learn the back story and future of the characters, maybe even the etymology of their names.
The HP lexicon is being sued for trying to publish their site, which is like an HP encyclopedia, and make a profit.
She will not be writing any more books IN the Harry Potter series, ie there will be no book 8.

She has said she will do a Harry Potter encyclopedia, but not for a few years (although if she has more problems with other trying to do it before her, that timetable may be sped up).
She has also done "The tales of Beedle the Bard", and I imagine it will be published at some point, though fro the news story, it sounds too short to publish by itself.

Aside from the tales of beedle and bard, she will write a Harry Potter Encyclopedia, but for now, she want to take a break.

She's already been seen writing a detective story. While there may a HP encyclopedia in the future, she is not currently working on. But she will still be writing for a while to come.

It was in the news today that she just completed another book that isn't related to Harry Potter. I missed the article, just saw the headlines.

She's writing the fairy tale book they mention in DH. I could see her writing things like that or an encyclopedia of characters, but not another full-length book.

sadly, no. she has made it quite clear she is not writing any more. though she will be making a harry potter encyclopedia with things that never got put in the books, like characters histories etc.
