American Indian tribes were egalitarian in function, and had no social classes. They had a division of labor, in that the men and boys hunted and planted crops; and women and girls gathered nuts, berries, and tubers, and planted crops as well. Meat was brought back to the settlement and shared with all, and meals were often cooked collectively by extended families. Older women were respected in American Indian tribes and had decision-making power, and were consulted about serious tribal decisions, like marriages, and political alliances.

I am afraid not. Even the neanderthals had some social ranks: who hunted, who made the food and who guarded the cave or dwelling. Even in the Bible Adam blamed Eve for the apple. [Yes, I know many people don't believe in the Bible but is part of human culture and values]

In theory, revolutionary France and 20th century marxist governments, but I would say that they all had social classes in fact if not in name..... otherwise, I can't think of any. Even pre-Alexandrian Greece, in theory the closest pure democracy, was divided by men and women, slaves and free, citizens and barbarians.... All ancient civilizations had slaves, creating a social class, and all modern societies have structured systems.....

You may want to look into books describing the customs of the plains Indians, like the Lakota and the Arapaho. As to settled civilisations, I think that the previous answer is correct.
