Just use unit conversion. We know that 1 meter = 100 centimeters. ( 1m/100cm) So, How many centimeters = 0.15 meters. Multiply conversion unit( 1m/100cm) by 0.15 meters and make sure that the (meters) cancel . This is achieved by placing the ( 1m) in the denominator. Hence ? centimeters = 0.15 meters*( 100cm/1 m) = 15 cm. So meters cancels leaving centimeters. answer = 15cm
