Sometimes. Particularly if I think the ask-er or the chosen answerer missed a major point.

I do....

If someone gives me BA...I usually thank them....and I have had those I have chosen, reply to me in kind.

If I agree with the best answer that was given to someone else....I usually tell the questioner that they made a good choice.

I was given a best answer once just so the person could try and humiliate me...and I do mean try...he did not succeed.....and I made a comment...next thing you know...me and the "EL Cat Lady" are going back and forth at each other..and she was not the one who asked the question......it was a fun time to be had by all..

So..yea, I find the comment option to be very useful.

confident this is. greater often than no longer i visit in no way carry politics with anybody i understand. i do no longer opt for to be in contact interior the form of confrontations and dramas like there are in yahoo solutions. Even at this factor most of the liberals i understand think of i'm liberal too.

A. Yes... I just did... But only because I do most of my posting in the general category of "Politics & Government" and "Politics", being a sub catagory often comes up....
B. To educate and elucidate... IMHO

On occasion...when someone chooses your answer they often comment on it....I use the button to respond to the comment or add a little detail.

Yes. I often receive comments from people when I give them the best answer. So that's why I always go back and check question that are already resolved.

Yes, I think thanking someone for chosing my answer is the right thing to do even though I realize most will never go back and see it.

Also, I appreciate those who post answers that I find 'best.' And it is nice to let them know, also.
