what bothers you so much about $2 flip flops i am wondering. why do flip flops bug this person so much? something or somebody in childhood who wore flip flops traumatize him/her?
well buddy, flip flops as another answerer said - YOU CAN'T! Flip flops are cool even though they are cheap. Flips will never go away, flip flops are here to stay, everybody is flipping and flopping, all the kool kids are grooving and dropping with the flip flop fever. Hot stuff, dude! Flip flops, gett'um while they're hot.
In Japan they were them in winter, too. they have been wearing them for centuries. when your ancestors were wrapping their tooties up with rabbit skins and rawhide strapping, flip flops were worn in japan. as a matter of fact the japanese have special socks with a slot in the sock to accommodate the thong of the flip flop. i have seen them here many years ago, but nothing is more comfortable than flip flops. just need those socks for winter. get over it.

You can't. People have been wearing flip-flops for a while now. They're light, comfortable, and easy to put on/off. Seriously though, what will happen when it's "too late". Too late for what?

I don't mind it so much when it's warmer b/c they are really easy to just slip on and go. But seriously, it's winter where I am and people are still wearing them. Why would you wear flip flops when it's 30 degrees out?! That annoys me sooo much. Like those girls who wear freakishly short skirts in the winter with no leggings or anything. What is WRONG with those people?

Don' t worry flip flops are going outta style. Only jr. high wannabes and frumpy middle aged soccer moms who no longer care wear them anymore. Any shoe style that you can buy in a grocery store is a definite fashion no-no. Flip flops are so yesterday!

You can't. Its ones choice whether they wish to wear them or not. If your in Australia (like myself), flip flops are a permanent fashion here.
So, focus on something else.

Good luck on that! I think you'd have a better chance at getting rid of those sandal shoes with the holes in em. In California it's regular to see ppl in flip flops even in the winter.

Flip-flops are appropriate for certain times. I understand your dilemna since lots of people think rocking them to formals or with slacks is ok. Very painful to see..teeeheee!

you could'nt stop EVERYONE from wearing flip-flops...
If this is something that bothers you then try concentrating on something else
theres nothing you can really do,except ignore it
I know people get extremely annoyed by random things like this,and the only advice i could give is to ignore. good luck!

it will once the summer vacation is further away it only ended about a month ago lol
guy wearing flip flops is a different story
