I love Natchitoches! I used to ride my bike down there once or twice a month
I recommend going downtown (where the cobblestone streets are) and checking out some of the little brew pubs. It's a great atmosphere.

I have never been there, but you could find some good blues clubs. or jazz clubs. I have only been to new orleans,
