Don't always take a pic at face value, and research things before you jump to conclusions

Also the pic that supposedly shows him not puting his hand on his heart for the pledge of allegiance was actually during the singing of the Star Spangled Banner. I've heard of taking off your hat for the Star Spangled Banner but never a mandatory heart cover. Regardless this is all trivial bullsh*t.

You are exactly right.

I'm the son of a 20-year naval officer. I was explicity taught that one puts one's hand over one's heart ONLY for the Pledge of Allegiance, and one NEVER does so for the Star-Spangled Banner.

Years of attending ceremonies on military bases instilled this truth in me.

People who do otherwise are considered to be people who don't care for tradition.

This and the incident with the flag lapel was blown out of proportion... I don't think he intentionally meant to disrespect America, but you know how it is, anything goes on Fox News.. Thank you for clarifying this, for those who did not understand..

Although I still cannot vote for Obama, because of where he stands on the issues, like not ending the war in Iraq, maybe even after 2013 and possible military strikes against Iran.. but I agree with your statement, people jump to conclusions way to fast..

Uh oh, they hate it when you throw a wrench into their already-flawed logic.

all this shows is that he is trainable. I don't like that in a president. I like them with leadership experience.
