Our car was repossessed at my brothers friends house... our son was in the car in the back seat of our SUV. The repo trucked took off in the car as the car slowed down because of reconstruction zones...(traffic). Well our son jumped out of the car and got minor injuries...
In this scenario can we sue the defendant for trespassing, kidnapping and injuries...? are there any official websites...?

Sorry, but, no cigar !!
Companys who are in the activity of a repocession are covered by law to execute that order by dang near any means at their disposal !! And, they are not liable for the safety of anyone who happens to be inside the vehicle of their own free will NOR their actions during such a transport !!

I know of no credible law firm that would even entertain such a possible action
I am sorry for your circumstance and especially sorry for the injuries that your son incurred here --- but, this (you will find) is a moot issue and comes under the heading of ---- a lawful firm in the execution of a legal document and the unfortunate circumstances of someone else's actions causing injury !!!

No... If you weren't paying for the vehicle on time, it can be repossessed at any time, any place. Your kid being in the back seat was just an odd thing. As long as he got out and is fine, let it go.

talk to an attorney. the answer of be is BS. Many in the plaintiff bar would love such a case, especially where there are kid's safety, possible negligence or worse, and deep pockets nearby.
