Depends.
Some are VERY VERY sensitive.
Some have a total lack of sensation.

varies woman to woman. Usually the breast it's self isn't that sensitive(feels just the same if you were touching my arm). It's the nipple that has much more nerve endings making it sensitive.

Very sensitve if something hits it staight on it hurts sooo much!!!
