ADOLF HITLER IS THE REASON FOR THE HOLOCAUST. We have to remember what he did and how he did so it never happens again. If we were to forget him, then the holocaust would happen all over again with a different man.

im pretty sure that your teacher didn't mean remember him in a good way.

hope it helps

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

We remember Hitler, not fondly, because the atrocities of WW2 are ones that we should never forget. If we forget about Hitler, we are vulnerable to having another Hitler in the future.

Because to forget that people as low as that do exist in this world, only dooms us to find it out all over again. To remember and allow our minds to try to comprehend the uncomprehendable just may keep it from happening again! When a person makes a mistake, hopefully they learn from that mistake. Obvisouly what Hiller TRIED to do was much more than a mistake, but lets all learn from it, and not repeat it EVER!!!!

we should remember Adolf Hitler so we can learn from his mistakes and now how to handle the situation if another "Adolf Hitler" ever comes around again.

So we don't repeat it. Everyone today likes to think that they would not have followed Hitler, but you just don't know that to be true. Look at how many people did. Educated, informed, kind people became Nazi's. We are all vulnerable unless we constantly remind ourselves of that fact. Good luck.

This is the source of the paraphrased quote which Heather mentioned. It might add to your paper to cite that quote and its author. It is often used in articles relative to evil in the past.
Conversely, we could also remember the positive acts of so many people in counteracting the actions of Hitler and thus remembering him makes us also remember the tremendous goodwill that took place in that time.

Remembering Hitler and all of his terrible deeds just might help us to never let such a tragedy happen again.

Despite his wrong doings, Hitler was a powerful leader. He knew how to organize people and control them.

8 page? man that's rough. "i think we should remember hitler so that something so cruel doesn't happen again" is a good answer (just stretch it out) but then there's darfur so that's sort of false! just stretch out that he is evil and he should be remembered for his violence.

To remember how evil some people can be and that the Holocaust must never happen again.
