No, thats really what it means. Amy's father recently did an interview with the British press stating that at one point, he did tell his daughter that she did not need to go to rehab (for her drinking).
According to her father, she did not become involved with hard drugs and was in fact very against hard drugs until she married her husband.
Mr. Winehouse has since changed his tune, he thinks she could use some help now. But at the time the song was written, her father did say "no, no, no" to rehab, according to him and her.

In the song, she continually refuses to go to rehab for whatever is ailing her, and by that line, she's saying that if her father (possibly) thinks there is nothing wrong with her and doesn't need to go to rehab, then she shouldn't have to.

I think she was referring to her lover or bf, by calling him daddy saying -- he thinks she doesn't need rehab or any help.

no I'm pretty sure it means just that...
When she was doing her last album and got all drunk and kinda crazy, her record company where trying to make her go into rehab, and she went to her dad and he was like hed take care of her. Or something along those lines.
