There are two things that immediately come to mind and neither one of them are paranormal in nature. First, it appears you are experiencing either deja vu or something like it. As I'm sure you know, deja vu is the "I've been here or done this before" sensation. It's caused by some sort of mental glitch that causes you to remember something as it's happening. Strange I know, but I'm not a neurologist so I'm afraid that explanation is the best I can do.
I'm not a psychiatrist either, so the second issue I notice here won't be as easy to explain. If you are experiencing sensations where you are feeling completely alone--not just figuratively, but literally--then you should see a psychiatrist as soon as you can. It's possible you are experiencing an issue concerning your brain and its chemistry.
I know, my answer is not completely helpful. All I'm trying to get across is that you probably are experiencing something that, although not completely normal, isn't unheard of. It would be disappointing to see you have to deal with a malady of some sort that could have a simple explanation and even a simple treatment and just refuse to find out more about your condition because you believe it might be paranormal in nature.

You have not given enough detail to draw a conclussion.
You could be astro projecting while asleep. Or even remembering your surroundings from an eariler point in you child hood.
ESP... Is a wide field with meany different fields with in which can be applied.
You may have laten ablities which you your self will have to explore. Just remember that you can not relay 100% on ESP...
Even the best only have about 60% accuracy. Not to say they are wrong.... Take a detailed picture and look at it for three seconds and remember all you can see.
Now discribe that picture to someone else and see if you are coorect on eveything that is in that picture. This is just an example. Most people just get a flash and have to rely on what they remember and then have to find the right words to discribe every thing

Hopefully not to your disappointment, you are not a psychic. You are experiencing de ja vu accompanied with the zoning out that we all go through once in a while.

I'm afraid this doesn't sound like anything psychic. Deja vu is a common phenomenon but none one that solely psychics have--everyone has it from time to time.
How to tell if you have psychic gifts--
Do you tend to pick up the emotions of people around you? As in, you just met a friend for lunch who's mad at her boyfriend and suddenly find yourself raging angry when 2 seconds ago you were in a really good mood? And I mean the change is drastic, not just "I'm angry for her" angry, but you FEEL it, like it was done to YOU.
Have really vivid dreams that beg you find out what they mean?
Pass someone on the street and a thought pops into your head that is totally completely off from what you were just thinking? A good example of this... one night, my hubby and our 2 boys were in a bowling alley, walking to our lane, when I passed this guy, who glanced at me as he passed me and I had the thought, "she's hot, I like chubby women."
ummm.... feel overwhelmed in crowds of people?
Been called over-sensitive most of your life?
You know whose calling before you pick up the phone and you're right at least 8 out of 10 times?
You have an uncanny sense about people and you're almost never wrong?
You know things, but you're not sure how you know them, but you know you're right, and find out later that 8 times of 10 you were right?
Do you have visions--sudden dream-like images that come to you when you're wide awake--OR...you see dream-like images that overlap things in real life--an example of this, one of my guides used to show me the Star of David a lot, and I'd see a faint, black outline of it everywhere I looked--the walls, the floor, the sides of the houses across the street.
Grow up knowing and feeling distinctly different from everyone around you? That you tend to pick up on things most people don't even notice and when you mention it to a friend they look at you like you've grown another head?
These are a few of the signs. Search the net for signs of clairvoyance, or clairaudience, or clairsentience.

sounds like a case of depression. Are you going through a bout of hard times. depression can do weird things to you mentally. Have you seen a doctor. While some of what you describe sounds like de ja vu, a lot of what your describing is like many friends I have had that were going through depression.
