Hi there! Congrats! I too am 14 weeks preggo and this is my third pregnancy and I haven't began to show at all. I was 145 lbs. before pregnancy and have only gained 1 lb. I am wearing maternity clothes now..but people still can't tell Im preggo but I can. Trust me your time will come and when it does your going to wish you weren't showing simply because you get so uncomfortable and not to mention your BACK! LoL..By the time you are 5 months you should begin to show. But everyone is different. As far as the sex of the baby..I got my sonograms at 18-20 weeks so I cant wait either I wont find out until I am 18 weeks!
GOOD LUCK to you and try to be patient..I know it's hard not to because it's your first and its EXCITING!

Everyone's different. With my first I didn't even look pregnant until I was 7 months. (up until then I wasn't even in maternity clothes) BUT with all my other ones...as soon as I got a double line it seemed like the next day I had a belly.
I'm 17 weeks now and I have a little bump, not much though.
As for finding out the sex. You can usually tell at the 20 week ultrasound. That is unless the baby doesn't cooperate and has it's legs closed. Good luck and congrats!!
And the Chinese calendar was NEVER accurate for me....my son was supposed to be a girl, and my girl was supposed to be a boy. This time it says girl....but it's only a 50/50 shot.

The earliest the sex can usually be seen is around 17-18 weeks, but sometimes not until 20 weeks. Some drs won't do the ultrasound to check until around 20 weeks or so to give them a better chance of visualizing the parts. Even then, if the baby won't cooperate it can still be difficult. You could start showing at any time, depends how you are built. Good luck!!

With my first pregnancy I gained a whole 17 pounds, and when I entered the hospital, they didn't believe that I was there to have a baby. One nurse even said " where is the baby" as she leaned over the counter staring at my belly. My daughter (I left the guess work to her birthdate) weighed 7pounds 15 ounces. A good size for a first child.Don't worry too much about showing too much. You may have more baby then fluids. That just means a dryer birth. Congratulations and hope you get what you want. It varies from one person to another when they show.
I started showing practically from day one, whereas my friend didn't show all the way through! She only stopped wearing her jeans at 7 months and with a baggy top on no-one could tell at all, even the day she went into labour!
They can usually tell the sex of the baby from about 18 to 20 weeks, but this also varies from one hospital to another when they do the scan.
Some places have much more up-to-date equipment that makes all the difference when looking at a baby when you have a scan!
All the best with your little bundle of joy when he/she/they are born!

It all depends on your body type. Some start showing at 3 months others may not at all. I found out when I was 5 months pregnant. That is usually the best time so the docotor can have an accurate look. Congrats!

Showing is different for all- when i was leaving to go on MAT leave i was told "i didn't even know you where pregnant" but boy- did i feel it!!
As for the sex, it will depend on how the baby is lying, and sometimes- in the case of my sister, they do get it wrong! So don't go buying pink or blue whatever you do! Keep it neutral and add a border when Baby is born... Oh , and good luck! I am jealous!!

All pregnancies are different. But at about 20 weeks on, you will start showing. During your pregnancy you will have two scans. One at 12 wks and other at 20 wks. It at the second scan you will find out the sex of baby if it is possible.
